Pricing Proposal
Every project starts with understanding your business, your audience, and what success looks like. Rather than jumping straight into design, I take time to build a strategic foundation so every creative decision has purpose. Throughout the project, you'll be involved at key milestones, with clear communication and opportunities for feedback to ensure the final result feels considered, professional, and aligned with your goals.
How I Work

Discovery
Brand questionnaire to understand your story, mission, values, audience, and goals for the project.

Research & Strategy
Moodboard and creative brief outlining direction, colour palette, typography, and tone of voice.

Concept Development
Initial concepts presented based on your chosen package tier.

Revisions
Structured feedback rounds — three rounds are included per deliverable.

Finalisation & Delivery
Final files delivered in full, in organised source and export formats.

Rates & Terms
Revisions
3 rounds included per deliverable. Further changes, new concepts, or scope additions are billed at the hourly rate.
Hourly Rate
NZD 120/hr, billed in 30-minute increments with a minimum 1-hour callout.
Deposit
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before any work begins and your project is scheduled.
Final Payment
The remaining 50% is due on completion of the final revision round, before deliverables are handed over.
Invoicing
Invoices are payable within 7 days. Overdue invoices incur a 2% late fee per week overdue.
Ownership
Full copyright and ownership of the final approved design transfers to you upon payment in full. We reserve the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials once it has been publicly launched.
Client supplied content
The client is responsible for supplying final approved copy, images, logos and other required content before the project commences unless content creation forms part of the agreed scope.
Proofreading
The client is responsible for checking and approving all spelling, grammar, pricing, specifications and factual content before final approval. The designer accepts no responsibility for errors once artwork has been approved.
Dormant projects
If a project remains inactive for more than 30 days due to delayed client communication or missing content, it may be rescheduled based on current availability. Projects inactive for more than 90 days may require a revised quote.
One contact person
One primary contact person must be appointed to provide consolidated feedback and approvals on behalf of the client.
Backups
Final artwork will be retained for approximately 12 months. Long-term archiving is not guaranteed and clients are responsible for storing their supplied files once delivered.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and exclude GST, which is added where applicable. A formal quote is confirmed once full project scope and assets are known. This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
